Alonso wants to keep Fernandez at Chelsea

In his first news conference, Alonso also confirmed that striker Nicolas Jackson will join the club's pre-season tour after Bayern Munich decided against making his loan permanent. However, winger Alejandro Garnacho has not returned to training as he seeks a move, with Roma among the interested clubs. Alonso stated his target for the season is qualifying for European competition and expressed confidence in the club's potential.
