Brighton & Hove Albion have agreed a club-record transfer fee of £46 million with Tottenham Hotspur for highly-rated young defender Luka Vuskovic. The deal, which represents Brighton's third bid for the player, will see the Seagulls break their previous transfer record. Vuskovic is regarded as one of the most promising defensive talents in European football.
