The influencer used social media to refute the speculation and stated that there was never any planning for a large-scale celebration for the girl. She responded to a comment on a gossip page that was spreading the news that the celebration had been reduced to an intimate barbecue by the player's decision. "They forgot to invite me to this event. Guys, there was never any planning for a birthday event here, it was always just a little cake and today we didn't have any party," Bruna wrote in the post. She also denied that they were organizing a big production, saying "it was just a decoration on a straw, simple as that. Denying it because things take on other proportions. They even invented fireworks." The party in question was for Mel's first birthday. Bruna and Neymar are also parents to Mavie, who is three years old, and are expecting their third daughter together. Neymar is also father to Davi Lucca, 14, and Helena, two.
