Europeans to fill almost all gaps left by US in NATO defense plans, source says

According to a source, European nations are expected to fill almost all of the capability gaps left by the United States in NATO defense plans. This follows a May announcement by the U.S. to its allies that it would reduce the pool of military capabilities it commits to the transatlantic alliance during a crisis.
