Before attending Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding, Mariska Hargitay consulted her go-to hairstylist, Chris McMillan, for the perfect look. The inspiration came from a photo she sent from her wedding dress fitting, featuring an effortless, side-parted bob tucked behind her ears. Given the 98-degree Fahrenheit heat wave in New York City, McMillan used his Glassy Smooth Blow Dry Spray for frizz protection and a sleek finish, followed by a flat iron for soft waves and hairspray for hold. McMillan, known for creating iconic looks like Jennifer Aniston's "The Rachel," emphasized that bobs can easily turn matronly and shared his technique for styling them. Hargitay's chop was inspired by her Broadway show "Every Brilliant Thing," for which she wanted a new look. McMillan has been maintaining the cut since it was originally done by the show's hairdresser, Adir Abergel.
