Brazilian influencer Maya Massafera shared a video on social media showing the bones removed from her clavicle after undergoing surgery to reduce the width of her back. She explained that the procedure, performed on July 7, involved removing approximately 2 cm from each side of her clavicle and placing an 8 cm plate, which can be removed in six months. Massafera noted that she is still swollen and expects to fully recover in about two months. The surgery, known as shoulder osteotomy, is a body feminization procedure commonly performed in countries like Thailand and the United States, particularly among transgender women. Massafera, who has been documenting her transition, said she was very bothered by her inverted triangle body shape and is now satisfied with the results. She revealed the surgery on July 2 and has been sharing various stages of her physical changes with her followers.
