Milania Giudice allegedly punched victim in face during wild brawl that led to arrest

Milania Giudice, the 20-year-old daughter of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, appeared virtually in court on Tuesday for an arraignment on a simple assault charge. The judge alleged that Milania "did knowingly cause bodily injury to another" by striking a victim identified as "LR" in the head with her fist during a domestic dispute. If found guilty, she could face up to six months in jail, probation, and fines. Milania was arrested on May 14 at her mother's home in New Jersey. According to police, she was throwing food and candles during the dispute. Her sister Gabriella called 911, reporting that her sister was "acting erratically." Milania has pleaded not guilty. In a TikTok video, she addressed the arrest, saying "s–t happens in life" and that she was "not in a good area in [her] life" at the time.
