The singer was the target of a criminal complaint filed by saleswoman Ana Beatriz Amaral, who accused him of slander and defamation after the incident occurred on X (formerly Twitter) in 2024. According to the decision, Ana Beatriz stated that after the publication, she began to suffer embarrassment and was the target of offenses both on social media and in her work environment. The magistrate also highlighted in the sentence that Poze do Rodo had tried to "mobilize public opinion" against the victim.
