‘Real Housewives’ star reveals son is facing ‘consequences’ for his involvement in starting a wildfire

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Jennifer Pedranti has confirmed that one of her sons was involved in starting a wildfire in Ladera Ranch, California, and is now facing "consequences." In a statement, Pedranti did not name which of her four sons was involved but said he and others were responsible. She expressed that she and her ex-husband take the matter very seriously, calling the behavior unacceptable and apologizing to the community. She noted that while no arrests were made, her son will be disciplined. The Ladera Ranch fire was reported on Tuesday and spread across seven acres before firefighters, using both ground and air support, contained the flames and prevented it from reaching nearby homes. Pedranti shared that her son will be required to take a fire safety course to ensure such a mistake never happens again. The reality star, who has been a main cast member on "RHOC" since Season 17, split from her ex-husband William Pedranti in 2021 and is now engaged to real estate developer Ryan Boyajian.
