Autonomy firm Ondas Inc. has finalized an $875.8 million deal to acquire drone and counter-drone company DYZNE. CEO Eric Brock stated the acquisition fundamentally changes the scale and earnings profile of Ondas, leading the company to raise its 2026 revenue projections from $390 million to $525 million. The expected growth is driven by two major DYZNE product franchises: the Ultra long-endurance, high-altitude recon drone, which boasts a three-day flight time and is transitioning to an official Air Force program of record, and the IonStrike interceptor, a low-cost drone-killing drone developed to counter Shahed-136 attack drones, which was field-tested by the Army in May. The DYZNE deal caps a two-year acquisition spree for Ondas, which will now focus on integrating its purchases into a single unified business. The company plans to run largely on Palantir software, using Palantir’s Warp Speed and Foundry systems to unify manufacturing and logistics. Ondas is also jointly developing a command-and-control system called SkyWeaver with Palantir, which will coordinate frontline operations. While SkyWeaver is still under development, Ondas plans demonstrations this year, with the ultimate goal of connecting with products from other manufacturers to avoid a proprietary closed architecture.
