Madonna celebrates No. 1 album with NY performance, Bon Jovi continues MSG run and more sightings

Madonna celebrated her 10th number one album, "Confessions II," with a special performance at the Knockdown Center in Queens the night before it topped the Billboard charts. The event featured a giant inflatable woman's lower torso at the entrance, with DJ Honey Dijon spinning tracks from the album. Celebrities including Kim Petras, Christian Siriano, and Bob the Drag Queen attended. Other notable events included Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka hosting the 25th Annual Midsummer Night Drinks benefiting God's Love We Deliver, raising over $500,000. Bon Jovi kicked off a nine-night run at Madison Square Garden on July 7, opening with The Beatles' "With a Little Help from My Friends" as a nod to those who helped him recover from vocal surgery, with Paul McCartney in the audience. Dwayne Johnson also attended a special screening of "Moana" at the United Palace Theater with composer Lin-Manuel Miranda.
