Benedito Ruy Barbosa, one of Brazil's most renowned television writers, died on Tuesday (7) in São Paulo at the age of 95 due to complications from chronic kidney failure. The information was confirmed by the Hospital do Coração (HCor). Considered one of the greatest names in Brazilian teledramaturgy, Barbosa leaves a legacy of works that marked generations, including classics such as "Pantanal", "O Rei do Gado" and "Terra Nostra".
