Annemarie Wiley, a former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has accused her estranged husband, former NFL player Marcellus Wiley, of rape in divorce and restraining order filings obtained by Page Six. In the court documents, Annemarie alleges a "continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation," much of which she claims their children witnessed. She detailed specific incidents, including an alleged rape around 2012 while she was intoxicated, and multiple alleged rapes on January 11 and 13 of this year, during which she says Marcellus told her she was "his property." The documents also include allegations of physical attacks, such as being punched in the face in 2014, having a full bottle of Coca-Cola thrown at her head while nine months pregnant in 2019, and having her thumb broken in front of their crying children. Annemarie further claims Marcellus borrowed approximately $100,000 from her and ran up $100,000 in charges on her credit cards, ruining her credit. Marcellus was arrested in Florida over the Fourth of July weekend following an alleged confrontation and was released on a $1,000 bond, with a no-contact order issued.
