Taylor Frankie Paul agreed to take a sobriety test in an attempt to resolve her ongoing custody dispute with ex-husband Tate Paul. Court documents obtained by Us Weekly outline a plan for Taylor to resume "unsupervised parent time" with her and Tate's two children after Tate recently sought to restructure their custody agreement. On June 30, Tate filed a request for a temporary restraining order, submitting text messages and calls as evidence that Taylor recently checked into a rehab center without telling him. Tate's request was denied by the court on July 1 because more information was needed. The court acknowledged that Taylor made two offers to resolve Tate's concerns: she agreed to share her treatment records with the Department of Children and Family Services and offered to take a drug test. The court found that Tate's supporting allegations were based upon inadmissible hearsay without any corroborating evidence, and could not find an immediate and irreparable harm as contemplated by the relevant rule.
