Tom Sandoval’s Ex Victoria Lee Robinson Denied Temporary Restraining Order

Victoria Lee Robinson's request for a temporary restraining order against ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval was denied. A representative for Sandoval stated that the court instead granted Sandoval a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father, citing photographic evidence and police reports showing Victoria punching Sandoval. The representative claimed Sandoval was the victim of ongoing physical and emotional abuse during their two-and-a-half year relationship. In her filing, Victoria had accused Sandoval of shoving her down a flight of stairs in August 2025 and pushing her to the ground at a Nashville hotel. However, she recanted her statement about the stair incident after learning Sandoval would be arrested. Victoria also claimed Sandoval begged her not to leave when she tried to end the relationship, promising to change.
