In an exclusive video taken by Us Weekly on Sunday, July 12, Williamson placed her arms on Flay's shoulders as the pair chatted before the iconic 17th hole at the ACC Golf Championship in South Lake Tahoe. Us confirmed in March 2025 that Williamson and Flay are dating. Flay opened up about their relationship in June 2025, stating they have been friends for a long time and have a lot in common, including being in the same industry and their roles as parents. He described Williamson as a best friend that he's dating who can also be helpful answering questions about food, restaurants, and business. In November 2025, Flay clarified that a ring Williamson wore is a "commitment ring," stating they both don't want to get married again but that it's great having a life partner.
