Britney Spears Breaks Silence After She Was Seen Lounging on Car Sunroof

Britney Spears broke her silence after being photographed lounging on a car's sunroof while the vehicle drove down the 101 Freeway near Studio City, California. In an Instagram post on Saturday, July 11, Spears wrote, "What people see is two seconds of insanity of me arching me to the lords !!!!! Yet the days and hours of my reality !!!!!! Nothing is what it seems. Psss, I think I need to come out of the roof quite a bit more." The incident comes months after Spears was arrested for driving under the influence in March. She was released on bail, and her spokesperson called the incident "unfortunate" and "completely inexcusable." Spears later voluntarily entered rehab and pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of "wet reckless driving" in exchange for the dismissal of the DUI charge. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to complete a DUI class, pay fines, and attend regular therapy sessions.
