Isha Ambani pairs over 100 carats of diamonds with blinged-out $2M Birkin bag

Billionaire heiress Isha Ambani made a dazzling appearance at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, wearing over 100 carats of Lorraine Schwartz diamond jewelry and carrying a tiny Hermès Birkin Sac Bijou bag worth upwards of $2 million. The micro-sized purse, which belongs to her mother, is made of 18K solid white gold and hand-paved with 3,025 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling more than 111 carats. It is part of Hermès' Haute Bijouterie Collection and is technically considered a piece of jewelry rather than a handbag. Ambani's jewelry included a necklace featuring a single 30-carat cushion cut diamond drop on a rivière with an additional 40 carats, nearly identical to a piece created for Demna's final Balenciaga show. She also wore pear-shaped diamond stud earrings totaling 25 carats and a 7-carat oval-cut diamond ring. Kim Kardashian had previously modeled a similar necklace on the Balenciaga runway.
