The death of "Party Rock Anthem" singer Lauren Bennett is under investigation. The investigation into the 36-year-old's passing was opened on June 12th and is being led by the Kent and Medway Coroner Service, with an inquest expected to proceed until October 30th. Bennett died on May 29th in her hometown of Meopham, Kent, England. Her former G.R.L. bandmates announced her death on Instagram, expressing their heartbreak and stating they will forever cherish the memories. Bennett's cause of death has not yet been revealed. Before G.R.L., she was a member of the Paradiso Girls and later pursued a solo career, lending her voice to LMFAO's hit song "Party Rock Anthem" in 2011.
