Annemarie Wiley, formerly of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has filed for divorce from estranged husband Marcellus Wiley, alleging rape and physical abuse in court documents. The filing comes days after Marcellus was arrested for his alleged role in an altercation with Annemarie at a Florida hotel. Annemarie claims Marcellus threatened her, jammed his finger in her face, and raped her on multiple occasions, including while she was intoxicated in 2012 and again in January 2026. Annemarie also alleges Marcellus exercised financial control over her, borrowing $100,000 and running up $100,000 in charges on her credit cards before stopping payments, ruining her credit. She claims he stopped paying their children's private school tuition, forcing her to empty their savings accounts. A no-contact order has been issued against Marcellus, requiring him to stay at least 500 feet away from Annemarie, their home, and her workplace.
